Thanks for your interest in Pikes Peak beer!  PPBC is very interested in supporting our local community and receives multiple requests for donations each month. We do wish that we could say yes to every request, however, we do have to limit donations and sponsorships to organizations which are local reflections our core values of Community, The Fifth Ingredient (Friends) and Service.

Please submit your request using the online request form at least 30 days prior to your event. Requests received with less than 30 days notice will automatically be declined. Requests will only be considered using the online request form.
PPBC will reply to your request within 7-10 working days of your request.

The Colorado Department of Liquor Enforcement has recently provided clarification on rules associated with donated beer. Before submitting your request, please review the rules and ensure you are compliant. You may download the rules here. Pikes Peak Brewing will verify these requirements prior to approving any donation requests.

Donations must be picked up at the Brewery Monday through Friday between 10am and 3pm. Refundable keg and tap deposits are required at the time of receipt of keg donations.
If the donations/sponsorship includes serving to the public, donation recipient must provide a copy of a Colorado Liquor license. Donation recipients must comply with all Colorado liquor license laws.  Information on a Special Event Liquor License can be found here.
PPBC can no longer provide donations of beer to K-12 School related events. We are against underage drinking and believe that craft beer and school related events do not mix, even if it is an adult only event.
All donations are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value.
Not only do we want to support our community, but we want to spread the word about our amazing beer! PPBC requests that clear branding (provided by PPBC) be displayed at your event.
Donations are limited to PPBC beer.
Unused donated product must be returned at the conclusion of the event that the donation is intended for.
If donation/sponsorship is benefiting a tax exempt organization, a copy of tax exempt certification is required.
